Every year we travel to Mount Batur to cup through the new harvest with our partner farmers. This season's Kintamani lot surprised us.
The cooler wet season produced a tighter, denser bean with soaring citrus acidity and a cleaner finish. We bought 4.2 tonnes — our largest single-lot purchase to date.
