When we say direct trade, we mean it literally. No middlemen, no opaque grading — we buy green beans straight from the farmers we work with, at prices set before harvest.
In practice this means quarterly visits, shared cupping tables, and long-term contracts that let farmers invest in their land. It also means we pay 20–40% above regional market rates.
For us, direct trade is simply how you guarantee quality when your name is on the bag.
